Is shipping offered for free within Europe?

Which countries does Regalo Rosa ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union. Shipping to non-EU countries, such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland, is not possible at this time.

Can I have the delivery sent to a different address than my billing address?

The roses are not suitable for humid spaces or direct sunlight. Store them in a dry place at room temperature so the color and scent are preserved.
Are there special care instructions for the eternal roses?
The roses require no maintenance. Avoid contact with water and, if needed, dust them gently with a dry, soft cloth.
Is the product delivered in gift packaging or do I need to do anything myself?
All our products are delivered in a luxury gift box, carefully packaged and ready to give. You don’t need to do anything extra.
Are the teddy bears suitable for children, or are they purely decorative?
The teddy bears are intended as a decorative part of the gift and are attached to the rose basket. You can remove them if you like, but they are mainly meant as stylish decoration.
Are the LED-lit products battery-powered or do they plug into mains?
Our LED products run on batteries. You can place them anywhere without needing a nearby power outlet.
Can I combine multiple products in one gift box or are they packaged separately?
Each product is packaged separately in its own luxury gift box. This ensures each gift arrives in perfect condition.
What is the delivery time if ordering just before Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
Delivery time remains the same as stated in our shipping policy. Because postal services can be busy around these days, we recommend ordering well in advance.
