Return Policy

If you want to return your order, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it without explanation and send it back.

Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to cancel it. After this cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return your product(s). Once we have processed your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

If you decide to return your purchase based on the right of withdrawal, it is important that the product and all accompanying items are returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to test it, we will charge you for the depreciation. We therefore recommend that you handle our products carefully and pack them securely for the return shipment.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via the contact page or it can be done through your customer account. After registering your return, we will ensure that the amount due is refunded within 14 days, provided we have received the product undamaged.
