Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has received the product.

If one order is delivered in multiple parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the last product has been received.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please let us know clearly within the withdrawal period. You can do so via the button ‘Withdraw order’ at the bottom of our webshop. You do not need a customer account for this.

After you have definitively confirmed the withdrawal request, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Returning products

After reporting your withdrawal, you still have 14 days to return the relevant products.

Return the product complete, with all accompanying parts and, if possible, in the original packaging. The original packaging is not mandatory, but it helps prevent damage during transport.

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store. Have you used the product more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning? If so, we may deduct any reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.

We recommend that you package the products carefully and securely before returning them.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the items are for your own account, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Then please contact us via the contact page. If your report is justified, we will cover the reasonable return costs.

Refund

When you withdraw the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest offered standard delivery.

If you chose a more expensive shipping method when placing the order, such as express delivery, then we do not have to refund the difference between this shipping method and standard delivery.

We will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Partial returns

You may also withdraw only part of your order. In that case, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned items.

If you keep part of the order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your personal specifications or clearly intended personally for you.

This may apply, for example, to products that are specially provided with a personal name, text, photo, or other individual customization.

When an exception to the right of withdrawal applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before the order is placed.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please report this as soon as possible via our contact page.

A damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product falls under the statutory warranty and is separate from the right of withdrawal. In the event of a justified report, we will not charge return costs.
